Custom fraternity & sorority shirts and polos
Choose a T-shirt, collared polo or long-sleeve shirt and define the fit your customers need. The original polo photograph shows one past design; your new garment follows its own approved specification.
- Shape and fabric. Give the fabric composition, weight, finish, neckline or collar, sleeve length and finished size measurements.
- Print or embroidery. Send front, back and sleeve views with approved artwork, color references and decoration dimensions. Discuss the method for your selected fabric.
- Trim and labels. Specify collar and sleeve edges, contrast panels or piping, plus brand, size and care labels and packing requirements.
- Sample check. Compare artwork position, collar shape, trim alignment and garment measurements with the approved brief. Check decoration clearance on the smallest size ordered.

Define a pullover, zip hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt for your vendor collection. Agree the garment construction and the decoration together so the design works around its hood, pocket or zipper.
- Body and finish. Give the fabric composition, weight, inside finish, fit and finished body and sleeve measurements.
- Garment features. Specify hood construction, pocket layout, zipper where required, and cuff and hem rib details.
- Letters and graphics. Provide approved placement views and dimensions. Discuss embroidery, applique, patches or printing for the chosen fabric; identify any artwork split by a zipper.
- Sample check. Compare lettering scale, hood and pocket clearance, rib colors and measurements with your brief. Review the fabric and decoration colors on the actual sample.

Custom fraternity & sorority jackets
Bring varsity, bomber or zip-front jacket references for development. The original panel jacket is a past-work example; agree the shell, lining, trim and decoration for the item you want manufactured.
- Construction. Identify shell and sleeve materials, lining, collar, cuffs, hem, closures and pockets. Mark the requested panels and trim colors on the garment views.
- Artwork map. Position approved chest, back and sleeve lettering, emblems or patches with dimensions and clear reference points.
- Decoration and finishing. Discuss embroidery, applique or patches for the agreed construction. Record labels, packing and any item-specific finishing in the quotation.
- Sample check. Compare panel alignment, closure and pocket positions, lettering and finished measurements with the specification. Record any changes before production approval.

Shirt and jacket photographs are unchanged original company-archive work, with watermarks preserved. The hoodie image is an AI-generated concept with YOUR LETTERS placeholders. Your approved artwork, applicable manufacturing permissions and agreed specification define each new order.

Compare each garment sample with your specification.
Give every shirt, hoodie and jacket its own item code and sample record. The order photos show design and finishing details; the fabric composition, weight, fit and construction for your new order are confirmed in your quotation and sample approval.
Shirts & polos
Record the quoted fabric composition, weight and finish. Mark chest width, body length and sleeve measurement points on your size chart, with units and the agreed measuring method. Check the collar or neckline and artwork placement on the sample.
Hoodies & sweatshirts
Record fabric composition, weight, inside finish and rib details. Compare body and sleeve measurements, hood, pocket and any zipper with your brief. Check that letters or graphics sit clear of the garment features in the approved size.
Jackets & outerwear
Record shell, sleeves, lining and trim separately. Compare finished measurements, closures and pockets with the specification. Use the jacket specification sheet for the construction and decoration details.
Keep the requested and observed measurements separate.
For each measurement point, record the requested value, the sample value and any revision. Agree the measurement method and acceptable variation with us; an S, M or L label alone does not define the garment dimensions. Retain the sample reference and approved specification version for reorders.
List production quantities by item, color and size. The minimum remains 50 pieces per item; record sample quantities separately. Include approved artwork and applicable manufacturing permissions in the same record.

The minimum order for this fraternity and sorority vendor collection is 50 pieces per item. For example, an order containing shirts and hoodies starts at 50 shirts plus 50 hoodies. The minimum is counted separately for each item.
List every style, color and size breakdown in your inquiry so we can confirm the production plan. Pricing varies with the garment, fabric, decoration and order quantity; larger quantities can improve the price per piece.
Samples are available for development and review. Ask for sample and development charges separately from the bulk order quotation.

1. Share the approved brief
Identify the organization, garment specifications and artwork version. Include applicable vendor and manufacturer permissions for the order, plus the required labels or authenticity details.
2. Review the sample
Check fit, measurements, fabric, colors, decoration and finishing. Record revisions, complete the required artwork approvals and sign off the final specifications before bulk production.
3. Confirm production & shipping
Agree quantities, pricing, packing, production timing and delivery terms. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan, with shipping arrangements quoted for your U.S. destination.

Do you supply licensed fraternity and sorority vendors?
Yes. SB International manufactures garments for licensed vendors, who supply their own customers. This page describes our manufacturing service; it does not represent SB International as an officially licensed retail vendor for any organization.
Is the minimum 50 pieces across the whole order?
The minimum is 50 pieces per item. For an order with shirts and hoodies, that means at least 50 shirts and 50 hoodies. List quantities separately for each item, along with colors and sizes, when requesting a quote.
Can you use our approved letters, logos and organization colors?
Yes, subject to the applicable permissions and approvals for the order. Send the approved artwork, brand requirements and color references. Confirm the production authorization, placements and decoration method before manufacturing.
Can we specify our own sizes and measurements?
Send your required size chart, fit and quantity breakdown. We review the measurements and construction during development and sample approval, including requirements outside a standard size range.
Can we review a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Include your sample requirements in the inquiry. Sample and development costs, revisions and timing are quoted for your project; the collection's bulk minimum is 50 pieces per item.
Do you manufacture in the United States?
