The minimum is 50 pieces per item. For two items, such as shirts and hoodies, start with 50 of each. List all styles, colors and size quantities for review; the example above is a planning illustration, not a fixed package or price. Samples and development are quoted separately.
The worksheet opens in a spreadsheet app. Use one row per item/design, make the size quantities match its total, and replace Atlanta with the actual destination if needed.
FROM ARTWORK TO AN APPROVED SAMPLE
Keep one approval record for every garment.
Your business supplies its customers; SB International manufactures to the agreed brief. Keep the applicable vendor and manufacturing permissions with the approved artwork version so production requirements are clear.
- Identify the design. Record the item code, organization, approved artwork file and revision date.
- Check the physical details. Review fabric, measurements, color references, decoration, trim and labels against the sample.
- Resolve the revisions. List each requested change, who approves it and which sample or specification replaces the earlier version.
- Release the final brief. Confirm quantity, size totals, packing and the approved specification before bulk production.
- Retain it for reorders. Keep the sample and item references; reconfirm available materials, pricing and timing for each new order.
SIALKOT PRODUCTION / YOUR ATLANTA RECEIVING POINT
Make the destination part of the production brief.
Tell us where your stock needs to arrive and when it must be available. Manufacturing is in Sialkot, Pakistan; sample and bulk shipment arrangements are quoted for your destination.
Vendor stockroom
Provide the exact Atlanta street address and ZIP code, receiving contact and opening hours. Specify carton labels, item codes and whether products should be grouped by style or size.
Fulfillment partner
Share warehouse receiving instructions, required labels and packing-list format. If goods are received in another metro-area city, such as Decatur or Stone Mountain, give that actual city and ZIP instead of using Atlanta as shorthand.
Event-related collection
Work back from the date inventory must be ready for sale. Allow for sample review and final approval before production and transport. Confirm any event receiving restrictions before naming a venue as the delivery destination.
Request separate quotation lines for products, samples or development, packing and shipping. Confirm responsibility for duties or other destination charges and agree the proposed schedule. Factory dispatch and arrival in Georgia are different milestones; a requested date is confirmed only after review.

Can we visit an Atlanta factory or collect samples locally?
SB International manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan and has no Atlanta factory, showroom or pickup point. Ask for sample shipment options to your receiving address.
Can we order 50 pieces split between shirts and hoodies?
The minimum is 50 pieces per item. A collection containing shirts and hoodies starts at 50 shirts plus 50 hoodies. Include every style, color and size split so the production plan can be reviewed.
Can we supply our own organization colors, letters and size chart?
Yes. Provide your approved design, colors, size measurements and the relevant permissions for manufacture. We develop the garments against the agreed brief and sample approval.
Can a vendor order samples before a full collection?
Yes. Specify the garments and sample details you need to review. Sample and development charges and timing are quoted separately from the bulk order.
Can you ship to an address outside Atlanta?
Include the actual city, state and ZIP code in your inquiry. Shipment cost, receiving arrangements and timing are quoted for that destination.
