Coordinate the pants with the jersey colors and side details. Include measurements, waistband preferences and any pad-pocket or equipment-fit requirements so feasibility can be confirmed.

Send your preferred fabric composition, construction or material reference, and weight if required. Identify body and panel requirements separately, with neckline, sleeve and artwork views. Ask the quote to name the proposed materials and decoration method.
Football pants fabrics
Specify pants materials independently from the jersey, including any requested stretch or reinforcement areas. Describe waistband, closure, pad-pocket or equipment-fit requirements so the proposed construction can be reviewed.
Two size charts
Provide separate jersey and pants measurements with units and marked measurement points. Identify finished-garment dimensions and the equipment to be worn underneath. Review fit on the sample rather than assuming the same size label fits both garments.
One approved record
Record the sample reference, actual material identifiers, measurement results and requested revisions. Keep the approved version with the roster and per-garment quantities. Reconfirm availability and any specification changes for a reorder.

A size and personalization list helps avoid mismatches between jerseys, pants, names and numbers. Provide one row per player or a quantity breakdown per size.
Count jerseys and pants separately. For example, 25 jerseys plus 25 pants are 50 pieces forming 25 uniform sets. List spare jerseys, practice pieces and each colorway on separate lines. Ask whether the quoted unit price is per garment or per complete set.

Yes. Send your logo files and personalization list, including the exact spelling of names, assigned numbers, placement instructions and team colors.
Can I order jerseys and pants in different sizes or quantities?
List jersey sizes and quantities separately from pants sizes and quantities, including spare garments and each colorway. Send the intended measurements and fit requirements. We confirm the proposed size range and construction before sampling, and clarify whether the quote is priced by garment or complete set.
Do you make youth and adult football uniforms?
Share the age group, measurements, size breakdown and fit requirements for your team. We confirm the available sizing and proposed construction for your project rather than assuming a standard retail fit.
What fabrics and decoration methods can I choose?
Send your preferences for fabric, panel construction, printed artwork, embroidery or other decoration. We review the methods suitable for your design and confirm materials and finishing in the quotation.
What are the minimum quantity and turnaround time?
There is no minimum order quantity, and samples are available. Larger orders receive better unit pricing. Turnaround depends on your design and production requirements. Send your quantity and required arrival date so sampling, approvals, production and shipping can be included in the quotation.
Can we order matching gloves?
Yes. Share the coordinated colors and artwork with your uniform brief, or use our custom football gloves page to plan a joined-palm design. There is no minimum order quantity for gloves or uniforms. Sample costs, unit prices and production requirements are reviewed for each product.
