START WITH THE JACKET
Your silhouette. Your construction details.
Send varsity, bomber or other jacket references with front and back views. Identify the details you want to keep or change, then define the materials and measurements for sampling.
Lining & inside finish
Specify the lining material, color and coverage. If you want padding, quilting or an inside pocket, mark its construction and placement. Include inner labels and any requirements for how the decoration is finished inside.
Closures, rib & pockets
Choose a snap or zipper reference and describe its finish. Record collar, cuff and waistband dimensions, stripe colors, pocket openings and any other trims. Material and trim options are confirmed for your project.
MAP EVERY APPROVED PLACEMENT
Letters, emblems and artwork that belong together.
Provide separate front, back and sleeve artwork views. For each location, record the design file, finished dimensions, colors and distance from a seam, pocket or closure.
- Choose the intended finish. Identify direct embroidery, applique, chenille-style letters or patches in your reference. We review the proposed method against the artwork and jacket material.
- Define each layer. Show the letter shape, border, backing and attachment you want, with color references for each component.
- Check placement on the garment. Mark clearance from the front opening and pocket. For sleeve or back designs, specify the reference seam and alignment.
- Keep one artwork version. Give each approved file a clear revision name so sample comments and production instructions refer to the same design.
REVIEW THE COMPLETE SAMPLE
Approve fit, finishing and decoration together.
A sample gives your team a single reference for the finished jacket. Record revisions against the specification sheet and confirm the final version before production.
Measurements & fit
Send your size chart with measuring points and units. Specify chest width, body length, shoulder width and sleeve length, plus the intended room for layering. List production quantities by size separately from the sample size.
Artwork & finishing
Check letter dimensions, placement, colors and the agreed finish. Review lining, pocket access, closures, rib, stitching and labels against your approved references.
Approval & packing
Record the sample version, changes, approval date and approver. Match item codes, size labels, individual packing and carton groups to the order breakdown your receiving team will use.

The minimum for this Greek apparel collection is 50 pieces per item. Send every style, design, color and size breakdown so the production grouping can be confirmed in your quotation.
For a collection containing jackets and hoodies, plan at least 50 jackets plus 50 hoodies. Samples are available, with their development scope, charges and timing quoted separately.
Your jacket price depends on materials, lining, construction, decoration and total quantity. Larger orders can improve unit pricing. Ask for separate lines covering sample development, production, packing and shipping.

Before you request a quotation.
Can you make varsity or bomber jackets in our colors?
Send your jacket reference, panel colors, materials and size chart. Varsity, bomber and other constructions are developed against the agreed specifications and sample approval.
Can our jackets include letters, embroidery and patches?
Yes. Provide the approved artwork, application reference, dimensions and placement for each location. Decoration details and any required manufacturing permissions are reviewed before production.
Does 50 pieces cover a mixed jacket and hoodie order?
No. The minimum is 50 pieces per item: at least 50 jackets plus 50 hoodies for that combination. Submit all style, color and size splits for confirmation in the quotation.
Can we use our own size chart and request a sample?
Yes. Send your measurements, units, intended fit and sample size. Sample development, charges, revisions and timing are quoted separately.
Can we reorder an approved jacket later?
Keep the sample reference, artwork version, materials and item code. For a reorder, send the new size quantities and destination; we reconfirm material availability, pricing and timing.
Do you sell official fraternity or sorority merchandise directly?
This service is for manufacturing through licensed vendors who supply their own customers. Share the relevant authorization and approved artwork with the order brief; the concept image is not official merchandise.
