Include your logo, colors and placement references. For gloves, show the complete palm graphic and how you want it split. For uniforms, include the roster of names and numbers.

3. Destination and required date

Provide city, state, ZIP code and the date the goods need to arrive. Explain any event or season deadline so the proposed sample, production and shipping schedule can be reviewed.

4. Packing and documentation

Describe individual packing, size labels, carton grouping and any purchasing or import documentation your organization needs. Confirm those requirements before the order is approved.

WORK BACK FROM ARRIVAL

Allow time for the whole order.

Your desired arrival date needs to allow for design review, sampling, revisions, sample approval, manufacturing and shipment. Factory dispatch and delivery are different milestones.

Give us the real event date and destination at the start. Any proposed production or delivery schedule must be confirmed for your particular materials, quantities and approval dates.

Yes. Separate the number of glove pairs, jerseys, pants or full uniform sets, and provide artwork and size details for each. Minimums, samples and production timing may differ by product.

How are U.S. shipping costs and import arrangements handled?

They are confirmed for the order and destination. Ask which shipping costs and import-related responsibilities are included in the quoted terms, and distinguish estimated dispatch from estimated arrival.

Can you guarantee arrival before our first game?

A date cannot be confirmed from the website alone. Provide the event date, destination, quantities and artwork so the full schedule can be reviewed before you place an order.
