FROM YOUR ASSORTMENT TO AN ITEMIZED ORDER

Give every garment its own stock record.

A shirt, hoodie and jacket are separate production items. List the garment reference, colorway, size and quantity for each row, then reconcile the total for each item before requesting prices. The production minimum is 50 pieces per item.

Shirts & polos

Identify the shirt or polo construction, item code, requested fabric and finished measurements. Attach front, back and sleeve artwork with placement dimensions and the approval version.

Quote Greek shirts & polos →

Hoodies & sweatshirts

Identify the pullover, zip hoodie or sweatshirt reference. Record hood, pocket, zipper and rib details alongside the approved decoration, sizes and quantities.

Quote Greek hoodies →

Jackets

Specify the shell, sleeves, lining, panels, closure and trim for your jacket reference. Keep chest, back and sleeve decoration views with the same item and sample version.

Quote Greek jackets →

Example: 50 shirts plus 50 hoodies are two items totaling 100 garments. They do not form one mixed 50-piece order. Include each style, color and size split so the quotation can confirm the production arrangement.

FIRST ORDER / REORDER / REVISED ITEM

Identify what stays the same and what changes.

Keep the last approved sample, artwork and measurement references together for each item. On a reorder, mark every change before pricing and production are reviewed.

  1. Record the reference. Identify your garment or SKU, colorway, approved artwork version and sample. A new item needs its own specification rather than a borrowed size label.
  2. Mark changed details. Note revised materials, construction, measurements, decoration, labels or packing. Reconfirm material availability and color references for the new order.
  3. Reconcile the new quantities. Add size rows to the correct item and colorway. Keep samples, sale stock and spare garments separately identified.
  4. Approve the revised version. Record who approves the sample or changes and which specification replaces the earlier record. Ask whether changes require further sampling.

ITEM CODES / LABELS / RECEIVING

Connect your stock record with your packing instructions.

Share the information your receiving team needs to identify each garment. Ask for the proposed packing and carton-label arrangement in the quote so it can be checked against the final order record.

Product identification

List your item or SKU references, size labels, hang tags and requested barcode artwork. Confirm any label content and placement before approval.

Carton grouping

State whether garments should be grouped by item, colorway or size. Request a packing list using the same codes and quantity totals as your stock worksheet.

Delivery destination

Give the actual Los Angeles receiving address and ZIP code, receiving contact and any warehouse instructions. If delivery is elsewhere, use that actual city and ZIP rather than the market name.

Production takes place in Sialkot, Pakistan. Ask for product, sample/development, packing and shipping charges separately. Agree any destination-charge responsibilities and quoted timing. The requested arrival date and factory dispatch estimate are separate milestones.
