Record pants quantities and measurements independently. Describe requested construction and any padding-related requirements so the quotation can confirm what is offered.

Approve the artwork and fit separately.
- Identify the artwork version. Keep a filename or reference for logos, colors, placements and player personalization. Name the person who approves changes.
- Review the proposed specifications. Ask for offered glove sizes and palm materials, plus separate jersey and pants fabrics and measurement charts.
- Review the sample. Record the sample reference, measurement chart, fitting conditions and changes requested. A digital proof does not establish physical fit.
- Release one clear version. Keep approved artwork and sample/specification references together. Ask the supplier to confirm the production scope and the effect of any later changes.
