Send your league or event's current garment and equipment requirements with the design brief. Define the cut, lower garment, pockets and lettering before sample development; requirements can differ between programs.
Youth and adult size groups
Use garment measurements and a separate glove-size breakdown. Keep age groups and team designs identifiable so a shared logo does not merge different fits or size totals.
Private label collections
Supply your own product codes, label files and packaging requirements. Quote each design and quantity clearly, including the sample review needed before production.

Develop the palm design and uniform artwork together.
For custom American football gloves, send the complete graphic and the pose in which the two palms should join. Define the backhand and wrist branding as separate views, with pairs counted by glove size.
For uniforms, send front and back jersey artwork, names and numbers, plus the pants design and measurements. Use one set of color references across the collection and approve the actual materials and decoration through sampling.

For a Miami-Dade public school purchase, ask the authorized buyer to confirm the district's purchasing route and required vendor documents before a production commitment. A quotation discussion does not establish SB as an approved district supplier.

Clubs, leagues and events
Use your organizer's calendar and rules to set the sample and delivery brief. Identify whether the gear is needed for fitting, team photographs, the first practice or an event; these can require earlier arrival than the first game.
One exact receiving destination

- Confirm the brief. Resolve product quantities, size charts, program requirements and purchasing approvals.
- Review the sample. Check fit, materials and color references. For gloves, review the palms together and each side separately; for uniforms, check all supplied pieces.
- Approve the final version. Lock the artwork, names, numbers and size totals. Record revisions that could affect the schedule.
- Agree production and transport. Record dispatch and estimated arrival as separate milestones, with the receiving instructions.
- Plan team distribution. Leave time to check the shipment and sort the gear before players need it.

Can we request uniforms and gloves together?
Yes. List glove pairs, jerseys, pants and any complete sets separately, with sizes and design references. Confirm the sample and shipment arrangement for each product.
Is there a minimum order for Miami delivery?
No minimum order quantity applies to football gloves or uniforms. Samples are available. Your quantity and specifications determine unit prices, sample charges and shipment costs.
Can we collect the order in Miami?
SB International manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan and has no Miami pickup point or showroom. Sample and order shipment arrangements are quoted for the destination you provide.
Are the uniforms automatically approved for our league?
Approval is not assumed. Send your program's current requirements and any documentation needed so the proposed specification can be reviewed before ordering.
Can you confirm delivery before our event?
Share the required arrival date, design, sizes and quantities. We review sampling, revisions, production and shipping before agreeing whether the schedule is feasible.
