SQUAD / FORMAT / GARMENT
Keep every squad's requirements separate.
Central Ohio has an organized youth-football network: OYAA's football program describes participating Columbus-area communities and separate tackle and flag divisions. For your own order, record the program's current garment requirements before selecting a uniform. This regional reference does not imply an SB supply relationship.
Record the fitting conditions
For tackle jerseys, describe the equipment used during fitting. For other formats, describe the requested fit. Request actual garment measurements and a sample; size labels alone do not establish fit.
Record the approval owner
Name the person who approves each squad's roster and design. Keep an approval version and a cutoff for changes so two coaches do not submit different totals for the same team.
Confirm your league's current rules with the organizer. A manufacturing quote does not establish competition approval or equipment certification.
ONE PLAYER / SEPARATE GARMENT COUNTS
A roster is more useful than a single set total.
List each squad, colorway, player name, number and garment size. Count jerseys and pants separately, including home/away jerseys, practice pieces and intentional spares.
- Start with the squad. Use one row per player or spare reference, with separate jersey and pants quantities.
- Reconcile the garment totals. A 24-player roster with two jerseys per player needs 48 jerseys; 24 pants remain a separate quantity. Glove quantities are recorded as pairs.
- Mark uncertain rows. Identify pending sizes or numbers instead of treating them as approved. Confirm whether a later change affects price or dispatch timing.
- Approve the final version. Keep the dated roster and artwork version together. Ask whether quotation prices are per garment, pair or complete set.

Provide left/right palm artwork, back-of-hand designs and cuff branding. Specify whether a logo spans both palms. Request the proposed palm material, measurement method and closure details before approving the sample.

Plan the arrival date separately from factory dispatch.
Give the actual receiving address, city, ZIP code, contact and required arrival date. For a school or league, include receiving hours and any instruction needed to identify the shipment.
Ask for sample/development costs, production, packing and shipping separately. Agree destination-charge responsibilities and the quoted delivery arrangement. Final sample approval, dispatch and arrival are separate milestones.

Can a small team or dealer begin with a sample?
Football orders have no minimum quantity. Samples can start with one pair of gloves. Specify uniform sample needs separately, and ask for the applicable sample and production prices.
Are youth sizes or palm materials listed as fixed options?
Request the proposed size chart and materials for your brief. Confirm them through the quotation and sample review; this page does not publish an unverified size range or palm specification.
Can two squads use different designs?
List each squad, design version and garment quantity separately. Ask the quote to confirm production, pricing and packing for the combined brief.
Do you have a Columbus store?
SB manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan and has no Columbus showroom or pickup point. Shipment options are quoted for your actual destination.
