Send the complete logo or graphic you want to reveal when the hands meet. Include the intended hand position so we can discuss how the image is divided between the left and right palms.

Tell us whether the garments are for tackle, flag or 7-on-7 football. Specify complete sets, jerseys only or pants only, along with player names, numbers and the fit you need.

ORDERING FOR MORE THAN ONE SQUAD?

Keep each team and age division clear.

An Atlanta-area association may coordinate several squads with shared colors but different rosters and sizes. Give each squad a name or code, and identify the person who can approve the full order.

  1. Create a squad list. Record the program, age division, team contact and required products. Keep each design or colorway on its own line.
  2. Count the products separately. List glove pairs, jerseys and pants by size. Identify spares and coach apparel rather than including them in the player count.
  3. Approve one roster version. Check names and numbers before signing off the artwork. Record the date and the person approving any changes.
  4. Agree packing groups. Request packing by squad, size or product code, and confirm any additional requirements in the quotation.

GFL Sports serves youth football programs in Gwinnett and surrounding northeast metro Atlanta communities. Use your association's contact to confirm team colors, approved artwork, equipment requirements and who places the order.

Cobb-area feeder programs

Cobb Football League provides information for its school feeder programs. Confirm the exact program and current-season requirements with its coordinator, then use that approved specification when requesting custom gear.

Schools and independent clubs

Tell us who will approve the design and who will issue the order. Include any required quotation details, invoicing information, size-check process and receiving arrangements in your brief.

Dealers and private labels

Identify each customer or product range with a design code. Keep logo files, packaging requirements and sample approvals together so a repeat order can refer to the same specification.

Can one order include several teams or age divisions?

Yes, we can discuss a combined project. Break down each squad's design, glove sizes, jersey sizes, pants sizes and quantities. Identify the person responsible for the final roster and artwork approval.

Do you deliver outside Atlanta city limits?

We quote sample and bulk shipment to the destination you provide, including the wider Atlanta area. Send the exact city, ZIP code and requested arrival date so the delivery arrangements can be reviewed.

Are these photographs of Atlanta customer orders?
