DEFINE THE COLLECTION

A coordinated set starts with two clear specifications.

Custom tracksuits need the top and pants to work together. Tell us whether you need warm-up sets, travel apparel or a coordinated brand collection, then describe the intended fit and finish.

The tracksuit top

Specify a zip-through or other top style, collar or hood, sleeve shape, cuffs and hem. Show the pocket locations and closure details on front and back drawings.

The tracksuit pants

Record the waist, rise, hip, thigh, inseam and leg opening. Define the waistband, drawcord, pockets and ankle finish, including any zips or elastic requirements.

Sets or separate pieces

State whether you need complete sets, tops only, pants only or a mix. If customers can choose different top and pants sizes, include the exact pairings rather than one total per set size.

COORDINATE BOTH PIECES

Match color, fabric and fit across the set.

A shared color name does not fully describe the result. Provide a color reference and identify the panels, trims and artwork that should match between the top and pants.

YOUR TEAM / YOUR BRAND

Place the branding across the whole outfit.

Show artwork separately on the top and pants. Include dimensions and seam references for the chest, back, sleeves and leg placements so the design can be reviewed as a complete set.

Logos & customization

Share original artwork, colors and your preferred print, embroidery or patch finish. The application is reviewed with the fabric and placement, then confirmed through sampling.

Private label details

Provide brand, size and care-label artwork for each piece. Specify attachment positions and confirm required wording for the final materials and destination.

Matching set presentation

Identify which pieces belong together and how they should be packed. Include set labels, separate piece labels or carton instructions where required.

AVOID QUANTITY CONFUSION

Count sets and pieces separately.

Use one line for every style, colorway and size pairing. The example below explains the order format only; these are not minimum order quantities.

DetailExample order lineRecord in the order
Complete setsExample: navy; top M + pants M; 20 sets.Record 20 tops and 20 pants. Keep the pairing clear on the packing sheet.
Mixed-size setsExample: navy; top L + pants M; 10 sets.Record 10 L tops and 10 M pants, with this pairing explicitly identified.

FROM SPECIFICATION TO QUOTATION

Make your tracksuit inquiry easy to review.

  1. Describe the set. Intended use, top style, pants style and reference design.
  2. Separate the measurements. Supply one chart for the top and one for the pants.
  3. List colorways and size pairings. Count complete sets and separate pieces explicitly.
  4. Show branding and packing. Mark placements and confirm how matching pieces should be grouped.
  5. Confirm price and timing. Include the delivery destination and arrival date so we can review minimums, samples, production and shipping.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Custom tracksuit manufacturing questions.

Prepare the details that matter before requesting a bulk quotation.

Can you make tracksuits with my logo and team colors?

Yes. Provide a color reference and artwork layouts for both garments. Materials, colors, logo application and placement are confirmed in the development and sample approval process.

Can the top and pants be different sizes?

Include the required pairings in your inquiry, such as an L top with M pants. Feasibility, minimums and packing instructions are confirmed for the order; do not assume one size label covers both garments.

What is the minimum order for custom tracksuits?

It depends on fabric, construction, colorways, customization and whether you order sets or separates. Send a detailed quantity breakdown to receive the applicable minimum and quotation.

Can I approve a complete sample set?

Request sample pricing and timing for both the top and pants. Review their fit, measurements, materials, color coordination, branding and trims together before approving bulk production.

Can you supply U.S. teams and apparel brands?

We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan. Include your U.S. delivery city, state, ZIP code and required arrival date so shipping options, costs, estimated timing and delivery responsibilities can be reviewed with your quotation.
