Choose the garments and intended sport, then specify the colors, measurements and approved artwork for each item. SB International manufactures custom sportswear and team uniforms in Sialkot, Pakistan. Garment and fit
Identify the jersey, shorts or other item, front and back design, intended fit and finished measurements. Give fabric composition, weight and finish if known; otherwise discuss options for the use and decoration.
Colors and artwork
Provide color references and mark logos, numbers and any names on each garment view. Include dimensions and the artwork or team approvals needed for the order. Confirm the decoration method and placement on the sample.
Quantities and timing
Count each garment by size and color. Include sample requirements, receiving city and postal code, and the date needed. Ask us to confirm item minimums, prices, shipping and the production schedule.

List each style, color and size pairing separately. Mark which pieces must be packed together. For reorders, keep the approved item references and identify any new or changed quantities.
Keep decoration and garment sizes matched.
Use an internal line or design reference for each unique placement or number, and reconcile the count against the order. Review spelling, number artwork and size before approval. On the smallest ordered garment, check that artwork fits the available area and clears seams and features. Team, league or school approval requirements should be confirmed by the buyer before production.
Keep the worksheet free of players’ names and other personal information. If individual names are required on garments, agree an appropriate secure way to provide the final artwork and details separately.

Review a sample and confirm the order.
- Share the brief: specify garments, size and quantity, artwork, labels, packaging and destination.
- Discuss a sample: confirm sample scope, costs and timing. Compare the agreed materials, measurements, colors and decoration against your brief.
- Record changes: update the specification and obtain the applicable approvals before authorizing production. Confirm any cost or schedule impact of a change.
- Confirm production and delivery: agree per-item quantities, price, packing, shipment, destination charges and the date the order is needed. Timing and minimums are quoted for the actual order.

Can I request jerseys with my team colors and logo?
Yes. Provide your design and authorized artwork, with garment views and placement dimensions. Confirm the decoration and color references through the quotation and sample process.
What is the minimum order for team uniforms?
Minimums depend on the items and specification. Send the type, size and quantity of each piece for confirmation; the example above is not a minimum.
Can jersey and shorts sizes differ in a set?
Include each proposed size pairing and quantity in your brief. We can review the requested pairings, packing, availability and minimums in the quotation.
Can I order spare pieces or reorder later?
List the requested pieces separately and include the approved design or sample reference. We will review availability, applicable minimums, cost and timing for the new order.
Can I review a sample before bulk production?
Discuss the sample scope and charges with us. Review the material, measurements, colors and decoration and record approved changes before production.
